Lihi's Wallet

Here's a custom wallet I made for my friend Lihi. She picked the fabrics and I made it. Lihi went through my fabric stash and chose a dark gray Imported Japanese fabric with white vines complimented by a green & black chambray. On the front I appliqued a bird onto the branch. This wallet is the first I made using a fancy magnetic clasp instead of a sewn in clasp. The magnetic clasp looks much nicer but when I ironed over it the steam-a-seam on the interior of the wallet melted through the fabric and you can notice if you look closely.
